TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CROWN CASINO PERTH

DEFINITIONSIn these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

"Crown Casino Perth" means Crown Resorts Limited (operator) and/or Burswood Nominees Limited (licensee).
"Member" means any person who holds a valid membership with Crown Casino Perth.
"Participant" means any person who participates in gaming or other activities at Crown Casino Perth.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in gaming, using facilities, services or entering the premises of Crown Casino Perth, you (the Participant) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

AGE RESTRICTIONSYou must be at least 18 years old to participate in gaming at Crown Casino Perth. Proof of age may be required upon request.
RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS

Crown Casino Perth reserves the right to verify your residential address through public databases, electoral rolls and other publicly available sources.

IDENTITY PROOFYou are responsible for providing accurate identification when requested by staff or security personnel. Failure to do so will result in immediate ejection from the premises and/or suspension of services.
PERSONAL PROPERTY

Crown Casino Perth accepts no liability for loss, damage or theft of personal property on its premises. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your own belongings.

SMOKING AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Smoking and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted in designated areas only. Management reserves the right to restrict access or remove patrons who do not comply with this condition.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRYCrown Casino Perth management reserves the right to refuse entry, service or facilities to any person deemed unsuitable for Crown Perth's business.
RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE SERVICES

Without prior notice and at its absolute discretion, Crown Casino Perth may suspend or terminate services, including gaming privileges, in response to changes in applicable laws, regulations or industry guidelines; instances of suspected fraud, money laundering or other illicit activity; incidents involving minors; contravention of these Terms and Conditions by the Participant.

RIGHT TO RECOVER COSTS

In circumstances where Crown Casino Perth is required to investigate or recover losses arising from any breach of these Terms and Conditions, it may exercise its rights under applicable laws to claim costs (including solicitor-client costs) in accordance with their reasonable discretion.

GOVERNING LAWThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved through the courts of Western Australia, in accordance with those Laws.
CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Crown Casino Perth may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use or participation after changes become effective shall constitute acceptance by you of such amended terms.

BINDING EFFECTThese Terms and Conditions bind the Participant and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns (collectively "the Participants").
GOVERNING POLICIES

In addition to these general Terms and Conditions, all participants are subject to specific policies, procedures, guidelines or rules relevant to their chosen activities within Crown Casino Perth.

AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATEAny disputes arising out of or related to the Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Western Australian Arbitration Act 1972 and any subsequent legislation(s).
NO WAIVER

The failure by Crown Perth to exercise or enforce a right, power or privilege under this Agreement shall not operate as an exclusion or waiver of that right.

ENTIRE AGREEMENTThis document constitutes the entire agreement between you (Participant) and Crown Perth, and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements, understandings or communications between them with respect to the subject matter hereof.

By signing this Terms and Conditions document electronically upon registering at a facility managed by Crown Perth, Member acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by all applicable rules as outlined herein.
